By default, pet owners are prompted to select a pet type when scheduling. The list of pet types may include species that you do not service.
To edit the pet list, follow these steps:
- Login into the iPetTime service provider application.
- Select the Scheduling Setup tab.
- Under Scheduling Setup, select Fields
- Locate the Pet type field in the list of fields. By default, it is the first field in the table.
- Click on the Edit List button to open the edit list dialog.
- You may remove a species from the list by clicking on the delete button, the minus in a red circle
- Click on the Close button when you are done editing the list.
- Click on the Save button to save your changes.
Once you save the changes, pet owners will see the modified list of pet types when scheduling.
