How can I change the the pet type list?

 

Editing items in a list field type

By default, pet owners are prompted to select a pet type when scheduling. The list of pet types may include species that you do not service.

To edit the pet list, follow these steps:

  1. Login into the iPetTime service provider application.
  2. Select the Scheduling Setup tab.
  3. Under Scheduling Setup, select Fields
  4. Locate the Pet type field in the list of fields. By default, it is the first field in the table.
  5. Click on the Edit List button to open the edit list dialog.
  6. You may remove a species from the list by clicking on the delete button, the minus in a red circle
  7. Click on the Close button when you are done editing the list.
  8. Click on the Save button to save your changes.

Once you save the changes, pet owners will see the modified list of pet types when scheduling.
